Jacob Barber, LNHA

Jacob began his career in the healthcare industry over ten years ago. He has served as the Administrator in two New Jersey Centers prior to joining The Enclave in 2016. Jacob has the unique privilege of being chosen by the American College of HealthCare Administrators to receive the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award, a recognition of distinction reserved for only 3% of administrators nationwide. Jacob brings a strong sense of mission to The Enclave. He is actively involved in the daily lives of the residents and feels privileged to be in a position to positively impact the quality of care delivered. Jacob is known for his innate ability to create an environment, where residents' needs are not only met but surpassed and where staff members thrive. With his support, staff members operate at their best and truly know that they are an integral part of the team. Jacob is very excited about fusing the cutting-edge CareRite model with the sound foundation and reputation that The Enclave has earned over the past 45 years. He looks forward to being a part of the community's continued growth and success. Jacob has an open door policy and warmly welcomes guests, residents, and staff to stop by anytime.
