Mary Courtney, RN, BS, MS
MDS Director
Mary received her bachelor's from Aspen University and her master's from Concordia College. She has been active in healthcare for 28 years and was drawn to nursing by a deep desire to care for others and make a meaningful difference in life’s most challenging moments. This led her to MDS Leadership, which focuses on supporting the team, compliance, and quality resident care. Mary believes that MDS brings together advocacy, accuracy, and teamwork to support both residents and caregivers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, going to the gym, walking the dog, and practicing self-care.
